For numerous years DDS marketed a wide variety of F&I products eventually focusing on a line of theft deterrent products. With a relentless focus on supplying superior products at a great price, DDS decided in 2003 to start manufacturing all of its own products. DDS started by manufacturing window etch and UV body label kits and adding microdots to its line of products in 2008. Always striving for improvement, DDS has continued to improve its processes and products allowing them to offer best in class value. DDS private labels products for some of the largest agencies in the US and Canada which include some of the largest automotive groups. Alec Faber
Director of Operations
Alec has been the Director of Operations for Diversified Dealer Services for the last 4 years. He oversees all day-to-day operations of Diversified, ranging from manufacturing and production to inventory control and customer relations. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Finance. While handling a demanding college schedule, he also managed a small house painting business in Tucson where he gained valuable experience in sales, management, and business ownership. He then worked for USAA as a Financial Advisor for 2 years where he managed the investments of our active-duty military and veterans.
Brian Tussing
Production Manager
Brian has been in the position as the Production Manager for Diversified for the last 6 years. He runs all production and workflow for Diversified. Brian also holds over 10 years experience in graphic art and design. Before coming to Diversified, he was the print production lead for a large printing company. His duties included customer relations, production workflow, and artwork proofing.
Mason is the Founder of DDS and has an extensive background in the automotive business with 15 years experience in service, sales, and operations. Mason led AM-WEST Management for the largest independently owned automotive group in Colorado. He assisted in developing a vendor buying cooperative and grew in to include over 150 dealers. Mason also expanded the company to include an automotive equipment division, a furniture division, F&I products & training, 2 automotive auctions, and other operational assistance to dealers.
Craig has worked for Diversified Dealer Services since 2001 in production, sales, and marketing. His background includes law enforcement, as a Investigator for the Prosecutors Office, US Army with the Attack Helicopter Division and extensive retail and wholesale Automotive experience. His education includes a BS in Business management, MBA in International Business, Criminal Investigation at the NJ State Police Academy, and Criminal law at the Ocean County Police Academy. He has achieved numerous awards and achievement merits throughout his career which is a key asset to the Diversified Dealer Services Team.
